Ocean Terrace Residences
Ocean Terrace Residences is an ultra-exclusive, master-planned oceanfront enclave rising 20 stories over North Beach, Miami Beach. Conceived by iconic global developer Witkoff in partnership with Ocean Terrace Holdings, the project spans an entire oceanfront block with 350 linear feet of direct Atlantic frontage across five verdant acres of tropical parkland. All primary suites and great rooms face East for unobstructed direct ocean views, with 10-foot ceilings, private or semi-private elevators, and signature organic-form terraces. Two exceptional five-bedroom duplex penthouses extend to private rooftops with lap pools, hydrotherapy spas, and outdoor kitchens. Pricing ranges from $6.3M to $18.5M for boutique residences, with penthouses reaching $64M. Construction began Q2 2026 with completion expected 2029.
