Parkside Residences is a wellness-focused urban sanctuary in the heart of Brickell, developed by BI Group USA — one of Central Asia's largest developers making its landmark U.S. debut. Designed by acclaimed architect Kobi Karp with interiors by 2ID Interiors, the 8-story, 187-unit building at 1741 SW 2nd Avenue overlooks the lush Simpson Park, offering a rare park-front address in Miami's most dynamic financial district.
