The Cloud One Residences Wynwood is an intimate collection of 85 loft-style condominiums — including 15 striking double-height penthouses — perched above The Cloud One Hotel in the heart of Miami's most vibrant arts district. Designed by HWKN Architecture and ODP Architecture & Design, the 8-story building blends European precision with Wynwood's bold cultural identity. The façade is wrapped in murals curated by Goldman Global Arts, the team behind the iconic Wynwood Walls, making it a living work of art. Interiors by March and White Design (MAWD) feature SieMatic cabinetry, Miele appliances, Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, and Pecan Wild Oak millwork. Owners enjoy hotel-inspired à la carte services from The Cloud One Hotel, a rooftop pool and restaurant, and the flexibility to rent for a minimum of 30 days.
