The tower's signature innovation is The Dezervator — a patented robotic car elevator that transports residents and their vehicles directly to a private sky garage adjacent to each residence, traveling at 800 feet per minute in under 60 seconds. Each residence is designed around the concept of the 'sky garage' — a glass-enclosed private garage that becomes an extension of the living space. Residents can park their vehicles inside their home, visible from the living room through floor-to-ceiling glass. Interiors were designed by Porsche Design Group and feature Poggenpohl kitchens with motorized doors, Miele appliances including wine coolers and induction cooktops, and Dornbracht fixtures throughout.
