Brickell Flatiron
Brickell Flatiron is Miami's tallest residential skyscraper, soaring 1,049 feet across 64 floors at 1000 Brickell Plaza. Completed in 2023 by developer Ugo Colombo and CMC Group, the tower was designed by Arquitectonica and features 549 luxury residences ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms, with penthouses spanning multiple floors.
