Porsche Design Tower
Porsche Design Tower is a 60-story oceanfront skyscraper in Sunny Isles Beach, completed in 2017 by Dezer Development in collaboration with Porsche Design Group. The tower is world-famous for its patented Dezervator™ — a robotic car elevator that transports residents and their vehicles directly to their private sky garage within each residence, allowing owners to park their cars inside their home. This groundbreaking innovation earned the building global media attention and cemented its status as one of the most unique residential towers ever built. The 132 residences range from 4,600 to over 17,000 square feet, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass, private pools on terraces, and panoramic Atlantic Ocean views. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by Porsche Design Group, every detail reflects automotive precision and craftsmanship. Amenities include a 5-star beach club, oceanfront infinity pool, private marina, spa, and a simulator room for racing enthusiasts.
