The building does not chase scale for spectacle. At 57 stories and 649 feet, it is not the tallest structure on Collins Avenue. The Architects: Herzog & de Meuron

Rochon, whose practice began in 1971, has defined interiors for landmark hotels — Four Seasons George V in Paris, the Savoy in London, the Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai — and he applied that hospitality rigor to Jade Signature’s residences.
Rochon’s approach here is restrained and tactile. The palette references the site: warm whites, sandy beiges, ocean blues, and deep tropical greens.
